Nourisi ® Agar is refined and purified from high-quality natural seaweeds such as Gracilaria and Gelidium using scientific methods. The color of agar ranges from white to light yellow, has a gelatinous texture, is odorless or has a slight characteristic odor, is insoluble in cold water, and needs to be boiled to dissolve.
